Moon in Mehr concerns all the values most us know of the meaning of the word Mehr. In Russian it is Mir. Mithra is derived from it. It deals with that which connects two points. So it is not the rapid short term curious Khordad or Gemini connection. It is not the network or group connection of Bahman or Aquarius. The words that make this connection produce legal documents and so the word Libra is used and the balance is its sign.
The 3rd House concerns very close contacts such as twins, children or anyone you are literally in a mindmeld with. Your next door neighbour and short journeys. Mars is now in Tir or Cancer. Mars likes to have concrete established goals to work for. It is then very productive and successful when it in Day or Capricorn. It is then quite confused with all the moodiness of Tir. It will be stirring up trouble like a bull in a china shop now. It is going to be a wild period as it lines up with Ohrmazd or Jupiter that likes to philosophise the moods of people.
The most interesting aspect of Mars will be when it makes challenges to Pluto and Uranus in a couple of weeks. We should see some major upheavals. Earthquakes, political riots, Tsunamis, the works. And they will be triggered when the Moon makes the usual challenging angles around week-ends.
