Pisces Rising ? January 2013
For those of you whose charts are ruled by the sign of the fishes, the Sun and Mercury are to be found travelling through the 11th house of hopes, dreams and cooperation. For you to achieve your aims during this month you will require the assistance of friends, groups or teams to help you out, indeed assistance may come to you when you require it most. Other people have different points of view and it may be wise to listen to their ideas sometimes. Your determination to achieve may bring you into intense discussions with friends on 6th January. When these planets pass into Aquarius in the last week of January, they will enter your 12th house of solitude, spirituality and service to others and these themes will start to become more prevalent to you. Mars is spending the whole of January in this house. This is a time when you will find that your best efforts will seem blocked and you might become irritable and upset because of this. It may be time to look back and correct the mistakes of the past, and the best way of doing this will be to look dispassionately at your life and to work on your own now away from the interference of others. Another way of using this position positively will to give up some of your time for charitable causes, helping those who need help themselves.
Venus begins January in your 10th house of work and public image, and you could find that your relationship with your boss or with senior people you work with will be pleasant and constructive; you will be getting on much better with your father too if he is still in your life. On the 9th Venus passes into Capricorn and start to make contact with first Uranus and then Pluto, on the 13th and 17th respectively. You may find that something unexpected puts pressures on your finances now and that friends try to control your actions, leading to stressful encounters with them. In a relationship sense this will be a disruptive time. Into the last week of the month, you may have to make some sacrifices to help a family member, your mother or a woman you know as the Sun and Mercury make a trine to Jupiter. The Leo Full Moon on 27th lands in your 6th house of routine and health, so you might decide that now is the time to improve your health via a diet or exercise regime.
