Legal Astrology
As you may be aware I am both a practicing Renaissance astrologer/astrological magician and an attorney.
One thing that's been fun and interesting is to bring these two professions together. I recently revamped my Legal Astrology webpage
I've added in a number of pages on a very fascinating area, arrest horaries! Here's the main arrest horary page note that this also deals with whether or not charges will be pressed.
Now, one interesting thing about this area is that Lilly doesn't provide any rules for whether or not a person will be arrested or charged, he just deals with lawsuits and whether once imprisoned the querent is released. For arrest horary rules we have to look to William Thrasher's Jubar Astrologicum which provides unique rules for judging arrest horaries.
Finally I provide an example arrest horary with the actual reading as given to the client, chart, chart details and actual results! Again this is the gold standard of astrology, because if you are looking at a chart where you know the outcome, in my opinion this is not prediction and is not real astrology, it's just practice.
Arrest horaries are an area that non-attorney astrologers need to be very careful about. As an attorney, when someone asks me a legal question, even if they want it answered astrologically, since I am a lawyer, attorney-client privilege applies. As a non-lawyer conceivably the astrologer could be required to testify as to what the client said to them.

Lost Items Horaries?
I had a poster ask for a free lost animal horary. I first mentioned that there is a difference between a free reading on a discussion group and a professional reading. But it really wasn't a pitch for my services, however, as regards lost item horaries....

Incorporation For Astrologers & Magicians?
I had an interesting question on one of my discussion groups asking if it wasn't a good idea to incorporate or form a limited liability company ("LLC") to protect against lawsuits if you were a professional astrologer or magician.
Well, good...

The Deeper Soul Horary
