October 8, 2014 Total Lunar Eclipse--Warrior Moon Breakthrough
|
Wikipedia |
Lately, the Knights of Templar have swum in my thoughts. I wasn't sure why and then I saw the Total Lunar Eclipse for October 8, 2014. This Full Moon joins a Grand Fire Trine (Jupiter in Leo, Mars in Sagittarius and Uranus conjunct Moon in Aries). Venus, North Node and Sun in Libra oppose the Moon and forms a square with Pluto in Capricorn. With all these planetary players involved I'm posting the Lunar Eclipse post early. Let's break down the various components and solve the mystery of the Knights of Templar hanging out in my brain space.
While I'm not going to give you a history lesson of the Knights of Templar, I ask you to Google this group of spiritual warriors and read about their light, shadows and downfall initiated by the Roman Catholic Church. You can also read Dan Brown's books if you want a fictional version.
The images I have received are of bravery as well as, courage during the downfall when the knights were rounded up by the Catholic officials, tried, tortured and burned on stakes. Humanity too is heading for a downfall but one that can ultimately bring a resurrection of love and usher in a time of peace upon the earth. Around the time of the Lunar Eclipse during the first and second weeks of October, we will feel like passionate knight-warriors with a cause in mind or in our hearts. Since this eclipse ignites the Libra-Aries polarity, we fight for justice or strive for balance within our own selves. We remember the axiom, so above is so below. Nothing in the outer world happens without our permission on some level, collective or individual.
On the Libra side of the equation (Venus, Sun, North Node) we must stop worrying what other people think about us. Stop trying to please others while going against our convictions. We must make decisions now that honor us and stick to those decisions. We might suffer from the rejection from others, but at least we did not betray our selves. Be true to yourself comes through bright and clear like a blue sky during the summer months. Your truth sparkles like sunlight inside you and burns through clouds of confusion and inaction that has kept you stuck for the past year.

On the Aries side of the equation (Uranus, Moon), we feel an urge to breakthrough even ram our heads through societal constraints as well as, unworkable patterns, beliefs, and thought forms. Similar to the Knights of Templar we want to stand for something and we even want to fight for those beliefs. This could suggest breaking down old structure so we can bring shelter, food, water and other requirements to every being on earth. We will no longer tolerate any kind of suffering especially at the hands of greedy entities. We take abuse no more.
However, with Pluto squaring Venus, Sun, North Node, Moon, and Uranus we will have quite a fight on our hands. This fight however, is with our own souls as we make peace with our shadows and forgive others we hold in our mirrors. We learn that what we experience outside of us is a projection of our inner workings (subconscious mind). Nothing happens by accident and there are no coincidences. If we want peace in our lives and in the world, we must first find peace in our hearts. We do this by detaching from the world in a healthy way and plugging into the Source of All That Is.
Finally, let's look at the Fire Trine with Jupiter, Moon, Uranus, and Mars. Jupiter in Leo expands what it touches and tells us we are all kings and queens in our own dramas. The world is a stage but maybe other people have lost interest in our personal dramas or they never wanted to play a bit part in the first place. Show compassion to others who opt out of our theatrical productions. The Moon (feeling) and Uranus (awakening) in the sign of Aries wants to charge ahead. This combination feels rash and throws tantrums when it doesn't get its way. My way or the highway hangs on our lips as we charge ahead thinking the world as competitive instead of cooperative. Yet, we must remember we are co-creators with God which is the greatest role to play. Mars in Sagittarius sets out on quest looking for high adventure and this could even be a religious quest such as a pilgrimage.
Those folks who take the high road during this time come closer to ascending into higher dimensions. While those who take the low road seek vengeance on the world in one form or another. We see a lot of players with aims of world dominance and ancient war games continuing to play out. However, it is up to you to choose where you will place your focus. Will you watch the evening news and curse the "evil ones" or will you view your neighbors as loving and cooperative as they share the fruits of their victory garden? Sure one scenario seems juicy and dramatic while the other insignificant. Yet, find love where you can and this leads to your awakening. In other words, don't feed the fiery dragon that threatens to devour the earth (by giving it your attention and focus).
Perhaps, this time ushers in the return of the Knights of Templar or at least souls waking up to having lived previous lifetimes as a knight going to battle for a religious cause. I think it's a good time for taking a quest (inner or outer) and I imagine people will flock to the various pilgrimages around the world or sacred sites this October. With three Cardinal Signs involved with this Lunar Eclipse (Aries, Libra and Capricorn) and that Grand Fire Trine, don't let this Full Moon pass by without honoring your convictions and holding out a vision of a peaceful planet. Strive for balance in your own life and encourage others to do the same. Remember the saying that peace begins within us, then our families, then our communities, nations and so on. Plant the seeds of peace now so that this Lunar Eclipse doesn't broadside you. Ascension is always possible and so is peace.
