Responsibility will be easy for her. In fact she will be very strict to others. But she will do it with humility and grace as she has Venus Mercury and Mars all in the 12th. There we see that she has a great deal of invisible strength. That energy will support her as guardians against any trouble. And she will learn the hard way but that makes her stronger. She has to be as a Royal.
We wonder why she was born just after the Moon opposed Uranus. Here we see her develop an acute sense of politics and public relations. The Moon represents her mother. And she handles Uranus or politics and public relations very well. Later on this will manifest itself in handling the in-laws.
Finally in this brief report I must congratulate Kate, for trying to have the baby early in the morning when Venus was rising. The timing puts Jupiter in the 3rd House and that means she will get on with her brother and be able to learn very quickly. She has a very active curious mind that seeks deeper meanings than most people.
In years to come we will see her develop to be a very strong women, especially when her progressed Sun lines up with Mars in 10 years time. By the time she is mature, her progressed chart will have her Royal Jupiter rising and that is a great blessing.
