I spent a lot of time last night working on the chart, just as soon as I got a fix on the time. One thing which is very important, that I had not elaborated on, was the conotations of Oil and Neptune. As said yesterday, I thought that the results would take longer to count etc. Nevermind the iffyness of all this election, the fact that the Moon was crossing over Neptune, correlates really well with Ahmadinejad's first statements about oil. Below is more info on all this.
After thanking the people, the first thing he mentioned was related to the oil scandals in Iran, and Rafsanjani. He is clearly at loggerheads with the Oil Minister. Coming from an oil family myself, none of this surprises me. This street sweeper with a PHD in traffic management (I didn't know you could get PHD's for this sort of thing, and then look at Teheran's traffic), thinks that he can suddenly take on the oil mafia. That fits really well with the fact that the 11th house of corporations and group affiliations is ruled by Pisces, and has Mars in it which is in opposition to Jupiter. The ruler of the 11th house is Neptune, which I refered to as theocracy, but it also applies to Oil. Where is Neptune? It is in the house of foreigners, or the 9th house. Isn't that cool. Wow. Now remember the Moon. What house does that rule? It rules in this chart the 2nd and 3rd houses of money and neighbours. So it isn't surprising that we have the amount of money being invested by the Islamic Republic on its neighbours and overseas on oil projects. But the foreigners themselves are ruled by Saturn. How wonderfull that is. Saturn depicts the righteous, and the people with the true power and status of Iran, are abroad. What is truely remarkable is the fact that the 9th house cusp is 26 degree Capricorn. Every Iranian will tell you that 26 of Day is a very important date in Iran's history. It is the date the Shahanshah of Iran left Iran, and Iran massive assets were frozen. Now this Saturn is in a stellum with Venus, Mercury. They are represented to be with the women (Venus) and the people (Ascendant ruled by Mercury), in the 2nd house of money, and very close to the third house. The amount of money that the Iranians abroad have is immense. And some of the best brains and most successful people are abroad. But they are really stressed and have had to have a lot of patience no thanks to Saturn.
